At Stylish, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Sale items or gift cards

Personal care items (like earrings or undergarments) for hygiene reasons
🔁 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@stylish.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@stylish.com.
